Pasta Remoli hit the airwaves earlier this month when Simone Remoli was invited into the studio to chat to David Preshaah, on the station’s popular food and drink show.
David was keen to catch up with Simone to talk about how Pasta Remoli came about, the ethos behind the restaurant concept and how the business has evolved over the years.
The interview provided a perfect opportunity for Simone to discuss his passion for authentic Italian cuisine and his commitment to introducing the delights of traditional Roman dishes to British food lovers.
In addition, David and Simone chatted about the importance of offering a range of signature dishes at an affordable price point, which also cater for a wide variety of dietary requirements especially vegan and gluten free. And as a respected Italian food aficionado, Simone of course highlighted the pleasure to be derived from sitting down to enjoy a beautiful meal cooked with the finest quality, fresh ingredients.
Whilst on air, Simone was able to give a shameless plug for Pasta Remoli’s fantastic Kids Eat Free promotion, the Pasta Masterclass experience and the newly released Christmas menu.
Of course, no interview which centres on Pasta Remoli’s ability to deliver homemade pasta and sauce perfection would be complete without the presenter sampling a few of Simone’s delicious creations. As predicted, David gave a resounding thumbs-up to the dishes he tasted, high praise indeed for a journalist who is regularly invited to sample the very best of London’s culinary offerings.
